Kyosho T-33
One of the most unusual airplanes to fly at this year's meet was Pete Foss' Kyosho T-33 electric ducted fan jet (If I say so myself <grin>). The 46" wing span white foam ARF flies on a 7 cell battery pack. Launches "require" a bungee. A hand launch is possible but difficult IMHO. Flight time is 4 minutes on a 2000 mAh pack. Rolls are smooth and fairly axial, loops are possible from a slight dive and landings are easy. A good introduction to electric ducted fans.
